Causes of myopia:

1. Eye exercises

2. Exercise or pranayama

Watching sunrise for 3-5 minutes every morning is beneficial for curing myopia. Get up early in the morning and go for a walk. Walking is good for your overall health and watching the sunrise is very beneficial for your eyes, especially for myopia.

8. Warmth

Rub the palms of both hands for a while and lightly press on the two eyes. You can do this at any time of the day. Whenever you feel stressed, take a short break from work and do this simple exercise. This will revive your eyes.
